We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible customer service.

In the past two years we have implemented an internal network in our Seattle office to track service and parts calls, monitor orders and service requests. As the system expands to the Windows® format we are, again, in the process of upgrading our customer files and information to better serve you. Soon our entire inventory will be available to us on our internal network, thereby speeding our order filling process. Once the expansion is complete in our Seattle office, we plan on implementing the same system in our Los Angles office, Tajima West.

By being an active part of industry tradeshows and publications, the ETA, the FunList, The Embroidery Mall, and by sponsoring seminars and advanced classes, we are striving to support you, the customer.
